TuitionThis includes a long 5-week month or a short 2-week month. It also includes end of year stage rehearsals for the recital. For your convenience we've divided the total cost into 10 equal monthly payments. The September payment is due at the time of registration. October thru April payments are due on the 1st lesson of each month. May and June payments will be combined and must be paid by May 10th, 2008. Make-Up Classes are your responsibility whenever the studio is closed. Please refer to the make-up schedule distributed in the September newsletter.
Your position in class is reserved for you whether you attend or not, therefore consistent and equal payments must be made each month regardless of your attendance or absenteeism. Tuition fees are non-refundable. Should it become necessary to discontinue classes for any reason, you must notify the office in person or by phone. You are financially responsible for tuition payments up to the time such a call or visit is made in our office.
A late fee of $10 will be applied to tuition not received by the 10th of the month. Students will not be able to participate in classes instructions if monthly payments are in arrears. A $20 fee will be applied for any checks returned by the bank. All students, both former and new, must register in person to fill out registration forms and to receive class placements by the directors. A non-refundable $20 registration fee per student is payable upon registration into the Anna Marie Dance Studio. In addition to this web site, periodically throughout the season you'll also receive newsletters periodically through the season advising you of studio events and other useful information.
